WHAT: Race and Health Equity: Perspectives from Chicago’s West Side

WHO: Wellness West (formerly West Side Health Equity Collaborative) will host a town hall meeting
and panel discussion. Wellness West is a partnership of healthcare and social service providers
on the West Side of Chicago that is focused on improving health equity. It is funded by
Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives.
